Lavida is moving into a growth spurt and part of my job is to help develop new ideas and find the right people.

Just came in from playing on the playground. My thoughts? How to protect the little ones in our care from our greatest enemy? The needs here are simple and direct.
I am in need of donations for a very specific project. I am putting together a small store with really cool things the kids can buy. Instead of money they work certain hours or projects to receive the item they put on layaway.

Simple and direct.

Some kids have an eye for architecture, some for art, some for writing. I need music boxes and such.
Some needs: new nice things that kids would work for.

Lego sets, erector sets (for my builders),
Music boxes for the girls.
Some bath and body stuff for the older girls,
Oils, charcoals and pencils for the serious artists.
The goal is to fill the store (even if it is one wall) with things that they would be willing to work for because it is their personal interest. age group K-8.

If you so desire to send a donation just earmark it for Dolores' kids store needs. I will be posting pics and the goal is to teach them the business side of life plus we get some much needed help. Not everything is given to you.

I stand in awe in the presence of God.
He amazes me.

That the creator of all heaven and earth would choose to love me ??!!
That the One Who flung stars into space
and caused the mighty mountains to be in their place ~~
the One Who created every living thing
the One Whose creation includes the human being ~~
That He would choose to love me ??!!
He amazes me!

The rain that softly and gently falls to earth
causing the flowers to bloom and the birds to have mirth …
The thunder so loud that it sometimes hurts our ears …
And the snow, the beautiful snow, that brings many cheers ~~
He thought of everything.
He amazes me !

Look at a baby as a new life gets its first start;
Think about the beating of that tiny heart.

A new baby is close to pure bliss !
Our God amazes me !

He made our human bodies ~~ such a work of art.

It is such a burrrrrrrrrrr morn' so far but I did not turn the heat on, as it gets too warm later on in the morning.
This week has been so full of ups and downs, it seems as so the ole devil is riding on my shoulder to hit me every chance he can, but I don't like that ole guy, he is the cause of so much sorrow and grief in the world today, that it is best to keep our eyes on Him our Lord Jesus and never give the ole man of sin, the Devil the time of day. Instead say, "Jesus, you take care of that guy, I just do not have time for him today or any other day, as You oh Lord are the only One who can save us and You are my redeemer and best friend.

So, my friends I wish you, Joy on this preparation day, love for the Lord and for each other as you walk in Him. Have the blessings of the Sabbath be your delight. .

Each new day is filled with so many of His wondrous love and blessings that many times we don't stop in our rush of duties to reflect on Him, and all that He has done for us. He is worthy of all of our love and devotion. It amazes me that He could LOVE me so much that He would go to the cross for even one person, even for me. How could He LOVE me so much that He would give up Heaven if it meant that I could not be there with Him one day. Oh what awesome Love the Father has for His Children.

Wishing each of you the blessings of the Sabbath and Resting in His promises of His soon return to take us home to be with Him in Glory. Have you given your Heart into His care>

Our class has had projects the CSC has been one of them. Mine seems to at this point fizzled into a stand still. I don't like stand stills. I know that God uses lulls in our work and life to bring about changes; to get us on His track and not just where we think we can or want to be used. I have looked into needs in our church and thought about different ones, for which I now know that I am not qualified to do.

God has areas that need to be accessed in me that I have not even tried or wanted to do, but as one studies and listens to His word, we realize that it isn't about me or about you it's all about Him and our relationship to the One who gave His life for this old lady and for you.

I want to live my life for Him no matter where He may lead, and I thank the precious friends whom He uses to challenge my thinking to bring about needed changes in me.

I do not know what the future holds but I do know Who Holds the Future.

I pray that as He challenges me that He does each of you. The time is short and much is to be done. I do not know what my next project that He has for me, but I trust Him to supply what ever that need may be and the strength to do it.

God bless each of our class as we walk with the Lord. As you pray for me, I am praying for each of you. Let's meet that test and answer His challenge . . . when He says "Whom shall I send?" May each of us say, "Lord send me."

Since when was the U.S. president seen to be in the task of writing a personal letter to the General Conference of Seventh Day Adventists?

Within the framework of current events. The role of the SDA in the agenda of the NWO global is clear, because the Adventist church is the biggest opponent to the world religion that the NWO wants to impose on the world, with their false doctrines of the "deity of man" or "the god within" which is nothing more than repeating the lie of Satan when he told Eve, "Ye shall be as gods," as well as lying about the immortality of the soul, --another satanic lie when he said "Ye shall not surely die."

On this basis its nothing more than modern spiritualism pretending to be a new vision of "Christianity," that has seduced the Protestant churches to unite with the Roman Catholic Church. And it is called in the Bible, "Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and abominations of the Earth." This unity is now more than a reality. We are close to the visible unity of "apostate Christianity" when its arms link with Rome and this imposing modern spiritualism embraces the mark of the beast or the false "Sabbath" of Satan, which is Sunday or the day of the "Lord God the Sun."

Seventh-day Adventists have understood these things for almost two centuries, and we knew that these things would happen. We are now seeing their fulfilment and this makes us lift our eyes to the last phase of the High- Priestly ministry of Jesus Christ in the Heavenly Sanctuary, and know that the Lord has mercy on the world and is sending clear messages about these issues so as to not leave us in darkness before Satan acts with power and lying wonders by means of false apostate teachers and prophets who predict years of peace and prosperity in the world, even though the Scriptures predict the end of all things and the Second Coming of Christ in glory to destroy those who break the law and persecute the remnant of God "who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" Rev. 12:17.

The U.S. knows clearly the global agenda and uses subtle and diplomatic language to ensure that the Adventist Church desists from opposing a call "to achieve a better world," which are the very words of President Obama. The language is clear, "this unique moment in history" and “questions about our time,” indicate that the next move is going forward to advance the New World Order.

This silences the voices needed to uncover and thwart their Satanic plans for domination of the planet and destruction of humanity.
This is the beginning of the end, like the U.S. will soon see. A voice is speaking to the Seventh-day Adventist Church as a lamb, but then it will speak as a dragon and impose the laws of the State to ensure the subjugation of anyone who "dares" to oppose the global agenda. The big question that remains is why the president asked only the Seventh Day Adventist Church?

Very likely other major U.S. religious denominations are aligned and ready to heed the great deception and receive satan when he personates the Lord Jesus Christ and bow down to the ground for his blessing and healing, receiving the "power" of the papacy in their own false prophecies, and infiltrated by the Jesuits themselves who were proposed around 1517 to destroy the reform begun by John Hus, John Wesley, Zwingli, Martin Luther and many other reformers who gave their lives to defend the Scriptures, the Protestant churches today are so far from the original teachings of these great heroes of the Faith, and have drunk the wine of fornication of the Great Harlot. Souls are being deceived by its invitations to come back to Rome, without anyone being aware, and unaware of history and the Scriptures.

The only safeguard against the terrible deception of these fallen churches that exalt themselves and trample on the immutable and holy law of God, thus teaching all who fall into their errors to rely on the pastors who as wolves in sheep's clothing scatter the flock, and the sheep are snatched from the true Shepherd, --the Lord Jesus.

May God save us because soon the U.S. will force our leaders, by state law, to submit to the new religious order which is to prevail in the world.

Today we hear the dragon with the voice of a lamb but sooner than we can imagine will speak for what it is, --the Dragon. But the Lord will not abandon his remnant and finally liberated ones.

We thank the Lord because there have been no false testimonies sent by Him, and written by Ellen G. White. Beautiful, but windy day in Loveland, CO. But it is Spring and the rain last night was a godsend, things are greening up so nice an the leaves on some of the trees are coming out. I love the spring, but in Colorado some times it can be really bad. A friend from Elgin, IL when I lived there had gone to school in Boulder and he tome me, "Springtime in the Rockies can be the lousiest time of the year." It can be the most beautiful too, I love to see the birds gathering for the nests that they are building, and the squirrels scampering around hunting the rest of last falls hidden nuts. Many of which they hid in my neighbors planter. We are not allowed to feed them anymore as they keep coming back and some say digging up their bulbs. I haven't had that problem, for some reason, maybe they like me. One likes to get on my table when I am eating out there, but I have to shush her away. If I drop anything on the patio floor, it is gone later if I forget to clean it up. I do keep a broom out there for that reason.

God is so good, and I enjoy those little creatures that He has brought into my life, and also the lake back of our building. Early in the morning many different birds are on the lake, and we have also, a cayote, and coons, once in a while the little black kitty w/the white stripe down the back, those we shy away from because I don't have that much tomato juice to clean away the odor from its spray. At times we see the fox as they make their home back in the old pond that is sort of a wildlife sanctuary for our fox and other animals. We have seen deer down here, but I haven't for a while.

God blesses us with His creatures to care for, and He care for us as we care for others. He is an awesome and Loving Lord God. as we celebrate this Easter season, and remember what He has done for us on Calvary's tree, let us reflect on the wonders our that sacrifice that He gave.

Keepers of the Sabbath Day,
It looks like a gorgeous day outside this morning, and I am praying that your whole week has been one of blessings and praises unto the Lord. Even with what all is going on in the world we can still praise the Lord. It says, in all things, give praise unto the Lord.

So many places in the world are living with disasters, it makes one stop and realize just how true God’s Word is and it is so relevant for today. Praise the Lord that He still can be trusted in all things and our lives are better in His hands and not in any one else’s of anything else.

The ole devil is far too sneaky and he is always lurking around the corner with that preverbal I got something you out to see or have or trust in me, I know better. Boloney, U ain’t got nothin’ I want Mister Satan.

So, my friends, family as you are my family, the family of God. Love you all. God bless each one as we serve the Lord, and come into His presence with thanksgiving. I wish each of you a blessed one.

Here are 10 suggestions to help you develop and maintain a healthy
self-image. Read them slowly. Meditate on them regularly.

1. Hate your sin, but never hate yourself.

2. Be quick to repent.

3. When God gives you light, walk in it.
