The Glory of the Lord, is seen in the way we look at Christ and his birth, life, death and resurrection and ascension unto Heaven. He was always there, from the beginning of time, and He will always be there to the end of time without end. Make sense? Sometime, I think that I understand and then it is hard to fathom just how infinite God really is.
Someone from overseas argued that Jesus wasn't before He was born, He couldn't have written the Ten Commandments, that was God. Who is God then? If the trinity is 3 in one, then Jesus always was and always will be. . . for it is Father/Son/Holy Spirit. . . 3 in one.
It is mind boggling sometimes to think about how God is so finite and infinite at the same time, and to consider that He left the realms of Glory to come to this planet to be born, live, serve, die and raise again and sit at the right hand of the Father in Heaven, making intersession for man. When we pray He is there receiving our prayer, and interceding for us with the Father, He is our Judge Advocate. He takes His righteousness and cleanses our unrighteousness and presents us as righteous before the throne of God.
Of what awesome Love the Father has for those who love Him and keep His commandments and call them a delight. This is why I am a Seventh Day Adventist today. . . Because of Him and the revelations of His great love to me. . . In His Word.
In Love with Jesus. . .
