~ BLESSINGS TO YOU, AND YOUR PRAYERS ~

Good morning,
from my house to your house . .
God's peace.
Our God is an awesome and wondrous God
It must pain Him when He sees
His created beings not living according to
His will for their lives.
How often we detour from the Plans
that Our Heavenly Father
wants us to travel
and try
to do our own thing. . .
but He is a loving and forgiving
God and leads us back
to where He wants us to
walk and stride in tandem with Him.

I love this old song

I come to the garden alone
while the dew is still on the roses
and the voice I hear
falling on my ear
the Son of God discloses. .

And He walks with me
and He talks with me,
and He tells me that I am His own
and the joy we share
as we tarry there
none other has ever known.

He speak and the sound of His voice
is so sweet the birds hush their singing
and the melody
that He gave to me
within my heart is ringing. .

And he walks with me
and he talks with me
and he tells me I am his own
and the joy we share
as we tarry there
none other has ever known.

I'd stay in the garden with Him
tho' the night around me be falling
but he bids me go
thro' the voice of woe
his voice to me is calling. .

And He walks with me
and He talks with me
and He tells me I am His own
and the joy we share
as we tarry there
none other has ever known.

This is such a wonderful song of His love for us here in this
ole world and what a wonderful promise that He will walk
with us, no matter what may be the cost or trial.
I thank you for your prayers for John, these last weeks, and probably many of your it has been years. Jim called me to update me this morning, "John had a fairly good night. He rested much better than the night before. He is hearing what they tell him and responding
some to that. The heart doctors say that there isn't any infection showing in the heart but the big valve is weak." Jim say that the doctors are doing all that they can to help him, I know that He is in God's hands . .
and praise the Lord that is where he is, as He is able where man's specialists and others cannot even compete. Our God is the greatest physician that mankind has ever known on this earth.
What ever God has in His plan for John, I do not know, but I do know that God is there with him all the way.
Thank you each one for your prayers and God bless you
may He always guide you into His will for each life
as His Child and sheep of His pasture
so,

and I love you all,
Betty from BealcAs Pad

3 Bullets

There once was a man who had nothing for his family to eat. He had an old rifle and three bullets.

So, he decided that he would go out hunting and kill some wild game for dinner.

As he went down the road, he saw a rabbit. He shot at the rabbit and missed it. The rabbit ran away.

Then he saw a squirrel and fired a shot at the squirrel, but missed it. The squirrel disappeared into a hole in a cottonwood treel.

As he went further, he saw a large, wild "Tom" turkey in the tree, but he had only one bullet remaining.

A voice spoke to him and said, "Pray first, aim high, and stay focused."

However, at the same time he saw a deer which was a better kill.

He brought the gun down and aimed at the deer. But, then he saw a rattlesnake between his legs, about to bite him, so he naturally brought the gun down further to shoot the rattlesnake.

Still, the voice said again to him, "I said, 'Pray, Aim high, and Stay focused."

So, the man decided to listen to God's voice.

He prayed, then aimed the gun high up in the tree, and shot the wild turkey.

The bullet bounced off the turkey and killed the deer.

The handle fell off the gun, hit the snake in the head, and killed it. And, when the gun had gone off, it knocked him into a pond.

When he stood up to look around, he had fish in all his pockets, a dead deer, and a turkey for his family to eat.

The snake, (Satan), was dead simply because the man listened to God.

Moral of the story:
Pray first before you do anything, aim and shoot high in your goals, and stay focused on God.
