I pray that your Sabbath was an awesome one. For me, it was rest time for sure, as this bug that I have had is sure hanging on, and I want it gone. When one gets warn out it is easier to get these bugs, so doctor's orders, rest. Well that is what Sabbath is for anyhow. REST.
God has blessed the day, even if I was stuck at home, several family/friends with birthdays today other the next couple of days or so, so talked to several this afternoon, plus a friend who just had her 92nd a few days back who is in a nursing home in southern Illinois. We used to work the night shift in one of those many years ago. She thinks that she is in a hospital, and wonders why she isn't at home. I told her that sometimes we need some extra TLC so enjoy it. Other than that she was bright and full of her old self. Wishing that she could come and stamp out my bug. Love her sense of humor. This hasn't changed.
Some day, I may be in her shoes, one never knows. I am thankful that after these 16 years on O2 I am still alive and kicking, even if not as high as I used to kick, but Praise the Lord I can still live alone.
I hear that Eden Valley Assisted Living is looking for more people, but do not think that my income would be able to fill their gap. I would love that country livin' tho.
Well, y'all have a wonderful upcoming week ahead and God bless.
